The company utilizes the collected personal data for the following purposes:

- Purchase and payment price settlement based on service provision contract execution (A/S, delivery, etc.) and service provision (care service)

After the purpose of collecting and utilizing personal information has been fulfilled, the company destroys the data without delay. Nonetheless, the following information is maintained for the duration of the given period:

◦ Personal information destruction procedures and methods
After the purpose of collecting and utilizing personal information has been fulfilled, the company destroys the data without delay. The procedure and manner of destruction are as follows.

- Destruction procedure
The data submitted by the member for membership registration, etc., are moved to a different DB once the intended purpose has been met (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper).
It is deleted after a certain period of storage in accordance with corporate rules and grounds for information protection in line with other applicable laws (refer to the retention and use period).
Unless otherwise required by law, personal information transmitted to a separate database is not utilized for any purpose other than storage.
- Destruction method
Personal information recorded in electronic files is destroyed using a technique that renders the record unrecoverable.
Personal information printed on paper is shredded using a paper shredder or incinerated.
◦ Provision of personal information
In principle, the company does not disclose user-specific information to other parties. The following examples, however, are exceptions.
- If required for product delivery or installation and A/S (name, mobile phone number, installation area address) 
- When users have given their prior consent
◦ Civil complaint service regarding personal information
